- Talked with an in-house recruiter about high-level technical background and goals
- Had to complete a technical challenge with about a 2 hour time limit
- Had a Skype interview (I was interviewing from out-of-state) with a Technical lead. Did some live coding, talked through some engineering problems, talked about my background and what I'm looking for
- In person interview, met with three groups of experienced developers. Talked through engineering problems, did live coding, talked a lot about culture and fit.

The process was ok until the last step but once I got to team match round I was told there are no roles available. If no roles available then why waste candidates time? So much effort goes into prepping and the recruiter just went MIA

Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
