I had a very positive interview process at HubSpot. I applied through the online portal, heard back promptly through e-mail, and then went through two rounds of phone interviews, a mock presentation and lastly in-person interviews in the Cambridge office. What I felt was unique about the interview experience at HubSpot is how clear every step was throughout the process. After each interview I was given an exact date range as to when I would hear back about next steps. Without fail, I had an email in my inbox on those days to set up a call to review feedback and set-up the next interview. I was really impressed at the speed and transparency of the whole process. I also found it helpful that I had the same contact from recruiting during my interviews. My contact (Noah) was extremely knowledgeable about my background, the team and position I was interviewing for, and HubSpot in general. He was definitely a great support system throughout the process. Overall - great experience!

It starts off with a Recruiter phone interview then is followed by a Manager Interview , then a 1 hour role play where you pretend to be an inbound consultant, and then 3 to 4 rounds of interviews with other managers or peers who work with this role.
