Hi there, thanks for your feedback on our process and I'm sorry your experience didn't meet our expectations. We receive hundreds of applications for the Entry Level HubSpotter role and, like many companies, we make use of video interviewing. While some may find it unnatural, we use it because it allows our applicants an opportunity to quickly and easily showcase some of their experience as it relates the role for which they're applying. With regards to the lack of follow up - the end of the summer is a tricky time with folks on vacation and, while we make every effort to ensure adequate coverage, it sounds like you may have gotten caught up in capacity constraints.
