I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Three rounds interviews. First-round process consisted of a phone interview with Christiaan Ballard from HR, went through my resume, explained what I know about Hubspot business and why I believe I was a good fit for the position . In the email confirming the second round I got some links to learn more about the company and I also started the free Inbound Marketing Certification. The second round was a phone interview with Kate Walsh, a Channel Account Director, and she asked some behavioral questions and question related to Inbound Marketing. The final round was at Hubspot's office and comprised 4 30 minutes behavioral/case interviews. All interviewers were very friendly and HR (Christiaan and Caitilin) is very supportive of candidates.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HubSpot
Interview
Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.

Describe a time you dealt with a challenging client and how would you do things differently if that conversation resulted in client dissatisfaction.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HubSpot (Sydney) in Aug 2020
Interview
After applying online I was contacted by HS's internal recruiter for Sydney. We arranged a time to call. After 20 minutes of questions about my experience we discussed salary expectations. We were way off, not in the same ball park and I was impressed that the recruiter called it there & then, showing great Transparancy, a key HS trait.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone screen and then met with the hiring manager. Both went well. I was asked the standard questions for an initial interview — mainly checking for mutual fit, previous work experience review etc. unfortunately, this was 2020 and the hiring process froze right there and I never heard back.
