Interview
Introductory call: At the beginning of the recruitment process, there is usually an introductory call between the recruiter or hiring manager and the candidate. The purpose of this call is to introduce themselves, discuss the job expectations, and determine if the candidate seems to match the desired profile.
Case study: Following the introductory call, the candidate may be asked to complete a case study. This could take the form of a practical exercise or presentation on a problem or challenge related to the position, for which the candidate must propose a solution or approach.
Manager presentation: If the candidate succeeds in the case study, they may be invited to meet with the direct manager or a member of the leadership team. During this presentation, the candidate may have the opportunity to further discuss their qualifications, experience, and how they would approach the role.
Another manager call: Following the manager presentation, there may be another call with a different manager or stakeholder within the organization. This additional conversation allows the candidate to gain insights from another perspective and potentially address any remaining questions or concerns.
Offer: If the candidate successfully completes all previous steps and meets the criteria for the role, they may receive a formal job offer from the company. This offer outlines the terms of employment, including salary, benefits, start date, and any other relevant details.
