I applied online and I received a call after two days where they invited me for an interview in the Oxford Circus store (that was the first stage of the process). The interview was with two really nice and friendly ladies,everything was very unformal, and they basically asked me questions about myself and my past jobs like : '' Tell me something about your role in your previous job'' . The interview lasted about 20 minutes. I received a call that I passed the interview after 1 week and they invited me for the second and last stage of the process that was a trial shift in a store. I went to the shop where I spent 2 hours on the shopfloor and in the fitting rooms,they didn't asked me any questions at all . What they wanted to see was a friendly and enthusiastic person both with customers and colleagues. At the end of the shift the manager told me that I was going to have the job but I had to wait for a call to confirm that.I received the call after 4 days.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
