1st step is a phone interview discussing on your CV.
2nd step is a group assessment day consisting of a creative team game with bricks and a ball followed by two case studies and a 10 min interview. During the whole process the names/background of the interviewees are not mentioned so as to be judged based on character and mentality. Overall, a very interesting process which lasted 4 hours. The only negative is that rejection comes with an automated email, although prodessional candidates have spent almost half of their day in the recruitment process. A phone call with top line feedback would be more appreciated.
