Interview
-An HR representative contacted my via phone and asked general questions regarding my knowledge of the company and then arranged a time and date for an interview with a manager at the store to which I applied.
-A department manager conducted my first interview, asking me about what skills I could bring to the company and general questions about my former employment experiences. She then arranged a time and date for an interview with the store manager.
-The store manager asked me questions about myself, such as what I was taking in school, etc. He then offered me the position as sales advisor.

Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.

Interview
Group interview, asked us questions like what's our hobbies and why do we want to work at H&M. We then had to work in pairs to choose the importance of certain scenarios that we may come across. We then were given a scenario in a group and had to go around the shop and choose an outfit suitable for that scenario. We ended the interview being asked two random questions about the brand or anything in general.
