Interview
I was asked the following questions:
1- What are your strong points? What is your weak points?
2-Tell me about a time when you bumped heads with management.
3-What would your co-workers say about you?
4-A co-worker is stealing, what would you do ?
5-How do you try and please a dissatisfied customer?
A phone interview, and 2 1:1 interviews
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
Ok nothing crazy they just asked me who you are and why do you want the job. Besides that nothing else. Smooth process too. And also you had to come prepared to tour around the area with the hiring manager and he would ask you questions about what would you do in x scenario
