I was interviewing for 4 months for several roles in different teams. I received positive feedback after each interview but there was always something coming up: an opportunity in an other team where I would be a better fit, etc. At the end they sent out a case study for me to complete, and then messaged me the next day saying that they put the position on hold, and not to complete the assignment. 3 weeks later they notified me that they went with another candidate. Unclear communication and super long process. They were not willing to share salary range for the role because "they did not have a range".
