It was good.
The ambience was nice and the staff was very grnerous.
The location was pretty awesome.
The interview process was good.
First they took an aptitude test and yhen a personal interview from a panel of 2 people.

They asked me about my projects and gave me a scenarion where i was a contractor and the panel guys were my customers.
They asked me how would i approach them for the their project order and what would be my process.

Interview
Interview Process started backwards at Corporate HQ due to Company needing to make rapid changes for diversity and inclusion. Very matrixes environment, so interviews are very wide ranging from VP in Brand Management to Business Manager for Cereal. Once approved at that level, then was interviewed at several plants to find best fit. Extremely collaborative environment so everyone has to buy in.
