total have 4 round of the interview 1) phone interview to know more about your working background 2) face to face interview with hr 3) face to face interview with line manager 4) face to face interview with department head seems they don't really want to hire the candidate even though conducts 4 rounds interview and at final counter the offer ....feel like wasting the time off the interviewer,...............................................

3 rounds of interviews back to back, with multiple people in each interview. lots of STAR questions, with quite a few repeats between interviewees. everyone I interacted with were great but the process itself was more exhausting that the majority of interviews I had previously

They asked mainly behavioral questions, I only had two rounds and they called me about two weeks after to let me know I got the job. offered several different locations

Applied on indeed and was contacted by talent aq to apply for position on GMI website. The company reached out 3 days later to set up a phone interview. 30 min interview with hiring manager. Was notified within the hour after the call for invitation to final interview. Three personality tests and cognitive test before actual interview. Final interview was 4 rounds. One with current platform lead and tour of facility. Then interview with former ops mgr, hr then hiring manager with a final wrap up with talent aq after All and all, it was pretty easy interview as they prepare you for the interview process. All STAR questions. The talent Aq (Don) was extremely helpful and kept me informed the entire process which was something I hadn’t experienced in an interview process.

The first round was just basic questions. These questions included salary expectations, worth authorization, benefits, and day to day expectations. The second round was with a hiring manager. It was focused on culture fit and general soft skill conversations.

The interview was pretty standard. They kept the questions to behavioral based and really focused on your leadership skills and how you work with others in difficult situations. I had 3 rounds of interviews with 1 interview having 2 people in the room at the same time.

The interview process was kind of messy, they ghosted me for 6 weeks after the final interview. So that was defiantly a bit unfortunate. Prior to the final interview the process was pretty smooth
