Pros
2023Customer service is the support you offer your customers from the moment they first contact your business to the months and years afterward. Providing good customer service means being a reliable partner to your customers—it goes beyond helping them troubleshoot, use, and make informed decisions about your product.
Cons
33 Dollars an Hour Is How Much a Year? You may find yourself asking how much is $33 an hour annually? If you work 52 weeks per year (or get two weeks of paid vacation), you will make around $68,640 assuming you work 40-hour weeks with no overtime pay.Mar 6, 2023

Good work life balance with no career growth
28 Apr 2023 - Anonymous Employee in Minneapolis, MNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good Work/Life balance Remote working Good technology exposure Learning opportunities No micro management by managers
Cons
1. No career pathing. Has no plans to open positions for senior people. Same senior people are doing same work since ages. Even though hierarchal level changes, but the kind of work they do is the same. 2. Get ready to become slaves of headquarter office employees. Solution architects/architects from non headquartered location do not have authority to take decisions making the employee titles/roles worthless. 3. Divisive promotion policies for different employees. Certain employees are promoted via backdoor and for certain they take interviews from different team manager. Very disrespectful to get interviewed from 3rd person for your promotion!

Can be long hours and a lot of overtime
