I have been working at General Mills full-time

- Work/Reward balance is great.
- Company and team are slow to evolve.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills (Rogers, AR (US)) in March 2018.
I had multiple back to back interviews,, my first interview started at 12:30 and the last was at 2:30 finishing at 3:00 pm. I was interviewed by four different people at the General Mills office in Rogers, AR.
Ali Kelley is a senior associate marketing manager for Annie’s. When asked about her purpose-driven role at General Mills, Kelley said: "Food connects us to each other and to the earth. Our Natural and Organic brands are on a mission to give hope that food can both feed and save our planet by advancing regenerative agriculture. As a global food company we have an opportunity to show that Food Matters, that we can make a positive impact through our daily food choices. This means working differently with farmers, engaging differently with consumers and partnering differently with stakeholders – within and beyond our organization. We all have a role to play. I am unbelievably honored and excited to be part of General Mills during this pivotal time!"
A 450-acre ranch outside of Austin, Texas, is the brainchild of Taylor Collins and Katie Forrest, the founders of EPIC Provisions. ROAM Ranch is an experimental and educational ranch dedicated to the practice of regenerative agriculture, a way of growing food that strives for continuous improvement in soil, water, wildlife, and community. Steve Rosenzweig, a soil scientist at General Mills, shares photos and insights from his recent visit to the ranch, in this blog post: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQjTf
