Easy apply, great company to work for, super relaxed environment. Fairly simple process, scheduling may be flexible. Interview process may require multiple meetings with different employees in the field. There are definitely opportunities to move up and grow.

I Applied online- after one month, got the email from operations manager for interview-Group interview with other 10 applicants and 2 managers. The managers were asking questions and letting us decide who wanted to answer first

It was an overall Long process. Phone interview then in person multiple candidates in group interview - all together it was about an hour long - took about 2 weeks to hear back with an offer

I saw a post on the job board online, and I applied on the Gap website- pretty straight forward. I received a call from the manager after 3-4 days. She asked when I would like to book a phone interview. Usually it's in person interview but because of covid.

Question 1
During the interview over the phone the manager asked me the following:
- Tell me about your experiences
- What makes you an ideal candidate?
- Our store is very busy and it's fast paced...how do you manage what tasks to work on? (I shared an example of my previous retail experience of black Friday sale and the importance of communication with co-workers and taking imitative)
- Tell me one of your strengths
- Why are you interested in working with us? (I talked about eco-friendly initiates of gap, their charity work, "that my family and I shop there", good customer service.
- Availability
It was a total of 5 questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
