Interview
Very nice interview done by first a sales lead but it was more like a screening interview to get a feel of my personality then another more serious interview by another sales lead followed by a last interview by a customer experience manager. Basic questions about who you are, what your planning to do if you were to get hired and your availability. For me the hiring process was pretty fast I was had two interviews one each day and was hired on the third.
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
