I applied online and received an email from their HR, she helped me set up an phone interview and it only took 15 mins. Later I was told that I was able to go for the next round which happened in their local store.
simple and not very structured,they seem more concerned on looks and hiring people with no experience rather than experienced people with potential to drive the business. People seem friendly, but interviews are too simple and obvious they are looking for looks.

If hired, do you think you would dress up to current fashion trends
It was quick and easy. It did not last more than 20 minutes and I had no prior retail experience before applying. They asked me basic interview questions. I recommend applying
fairly easy interview process and i just got done with work today and it was supposed to be done today but it is still not going on today so we are not doing it now but we need a little bit to do the stuff for you guys today
