It was good very professional. Had a mock teaching during the interview. I got the job but didn’t accept it because I wanted to pursue my masters. The pay they offered was decent.

I applied on Feb 2025. In the course of two months after that application, I have two interviews, one exam and countless negotiation. Eventually I get a hold of the offer letter during mid April 2025. But the clauses are very heavily one-sided. The one mistake I make is I focused in this school after I see the progress in the hiring process so I ignored every other schools came in my way because I believed this is the school that I want. Until I saw the clauses on the offer letter that I knew I am making a big mistake.
