This school will generally sign a three-year contract with the hired teachers, and will provide them with PGDE(Postgraduate Diploma in Education), English training, skills training two afternoons a week, IB training... And I have a video conference with the head office for one and a half hours every morning.
Cons
The so-called various training is actually completed by the school teachers, almost no outside or peer experts to come, and the training content and quality is really jaw-dropping, the trained teachers do not listen, the trained teachers are only to complete the training and training, always responsible for the main work of these training teachers is a class teacher or as a class teacher in grade seven or eight.
