- Phone call ( to get to know your hobbies, your current job, why you applied for this program, etc)
- Video Interview (5 pre-determined questions, not with actual staff)
- Assessment Centre (2 interviews with the senior manager)

Video interview questions:
- How do you handle a new situation?
- What would you do if a deadline of a project is due very soon but you are still working on some parts of it?
- Describe a hobby of yours
....
You will be given 30s to prepare and 1min30s to record your answer for each of the questions.
P.s The original questions were worded differently - but these provide some general ideas of what the questions looked like.
