I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Milan) in Jan 2019
Interview
After a month, I got a call from a young woman (probably an intern) saying that I was shortlisted for the position and that the interview would have been in the next month. BTW she didn't introduce herself and said that was from EE (terrible English pronunciation). She also asked my residence. I haven't got any formal interview. So, they probably discriminate who do not live in Milan because they offer a fake p.iva contract (low wage and poor conditions). I also asked for a feedback but they didn't answer. They are unprofessional and rude. Apparently they don't teach good manners and respect for others at the faculty of psychology. Or given that for a psychologist this is a fallback they like to make fun of others and block their professional career (god complex)? Anyway, the way they treat candidates say a lot about the company and its culture. Most likely there was someone reccomended who got the position.
