I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EY (Leeds, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had to complete multiple online psychometric tests, followed by a telephone interview, then an assessment centre and then finally a formal 1-1 interview with a partner. The final interview comprised of a 5 minute long presentation and then questions about my skills, strengths and experiences. There was about 10 candidates for the assessment centre and we were split into 2 groups and had a group task as well as an individual written task.
