The HR just asked me about my educational qualifications, training experience, types of cases seen during the internship. Enquiry regarding my specialisation field was also made. And in the end I was asked about my location preference.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Being a fresher, I was surprised that they wanted to take my location preferences under consideration.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Houston, TX) in May 2011
Interview
I submitted my resume online and was contacted by a recruiter the next day. We arranged a time to speak on the phone a few days later and mostly discussed my interest in the position and why I was choosing Deloitte. She then arranged an informal meet & greet with a director where he spent the entire time explaining the position to me and making sure I was truly interested in the work. Another phone interview with the partner in charge of the group was set up about one week later and we mostly just discussed my resume. I was finally brought in for three in-person interviews and they were very conversational. The only true interview questions had to do with team situations. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and they all e-mailed me after I received my offer to congratulate me.
The best advice I can give anyone is to relax and be yourself. Deloitte seems more intersted in making sure your personallity fits than anything else.
How would you handle a difficult client who has unrealistic expectations? What if this cilent wants you to meet a deadline that is simply not possible?
