Amazon Construction Project Manager interview questions

Well organised even, after contact with the talent pool team, i was guided to the actual interview to which i was prepared, but perhaps the opportunity wasnt for me at the time

A 3 stage interview, one with HR, one with a hiring manager and then a panel. The HR interview was background on experience, followed by role requirements, followed by behavioural questions to link to leadership principles. The second interview was with a hiring manager and was again experience and behavioural questions, but this time not aligned to the leadership principles. Both interviews went well, but I did not proceed beyond the second stage. They do not provide any feedback which is frustrating and it is a very long process, taking weeks to hear back on if your application is being progressed.
