Interview
1st round - recruiter review; 2nd round - technical interview; 3rd round - hiring manager. I got to the 3rd round (favorable) and someone was supposed to reach out to schedule. Instead, I got a rejection email that they were moving in a different direction. It was likely a budget thing so no hard feelings--however I did ask for feedback from the recruiter (as they indicated they would give out in the rejection email) and never heard back.
I wouldn't apply again.
The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.

I did my application through the company website. after this, i had a meeting with HR. the second fase i did languages tests and after pass a interview with a TL.
