-Cognitive and Technical Assessment: This evaluates your problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning, and technical knowledge.
-Coding Test: For technical roles, this assesses your programming skills through coding challenges.
-Communication Assessment: This measures your proficiency in English, focusing on clarity, fluency, and comprehension.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.

An online assessment followed by a communication test. And a final interview round. All the rounds had basic questions. Easy to crack if you are strong with basics in programming and CS fundamentals.
