The interviewer was professional yet friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The final HR round focused on my aspirations and how I align with Accenture’s values. I was thrilled to be selected! It was a smooth process, they mainly focused on leadership and communication skills. They were very friendly and had taken interview for 20-25 minutes. They did concentrate on few technoical questions and SIP details were also asked.
