Interview
The assessment centre was well-structured, with lots of breaks. The first task was with a fellow interviewee, followed by a competency-based interview and other activities. Overall, it was fine. They had given us another task to prepare before hand which was linked to AI and Tech and we had to present a pitch for our idea to a client. There were other tasks as well and the entire process was online.

Analyse a case with another person and answer questions based on the task and how it worked with the other person.
Got the final interview. Had a 10 minute discussion regarding the implementation of Technology in an industry or a client then had a 30-35 minute business strengths interview regarding my personal strenghts and some business situations

Questions included:
How would you deal with a disagreement within the team?
What would you do if you were given a lot of complex data-sets from different sources in a short matter of time.?
Waited over 2 months having submitted just my CV and Cover letter to be rejected at the first stage despite meeting the requirements of the role. Minimal communication throughout the process and a default email.
