Very customized and accommodating regarding scheduling.
Interview included behavioral questions and 1-2 smaller cases per interview. Cases were tailored to my prior experience.
Despite referral it took longer time to get the interview invite

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
