It was relatively straight forward and pretty easy going,
You wont feel pressured and all it took is a 1 day process.
They do offer a decent and competitive package depending on your experience and the total results of the assessments as well as the account that you will assigned to.
They do offer several incentives as well and the benefits are something you should not mis out,
Would likely recommend this company to newbies or to applicants aspiring a position in customer service that revolves around career growth that offers good atmosphere and healthy environment.

It was conducted very professionally. They made me feel comfortable. The office is at a convenient location and the staff were very accommodating. The wait time was a little longer than expected but it was worth it.

3 interviews. HR and the managers were really kind, supportive and honest. Best interview experience I ever had.
Questions were rough but fair. A lot of situation based ones. Even if you don‘t get the job, worth the experience!
