Interview
1. an aptitude test; 2. a verbal test; 3. an interview; after that, you have to wait for the result, and it may take up to 6 months to complete your candidature. In my case, I got latter of intent but it is mass hiring
so I waited for 5 month to join the latter It was little bit frustrating, but it was okOnce the candidate accepts the offer, the onboarding process begins, which may include completing necessary paperwork, orientation sessions, and training programs to integrate the new hire into the company.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
