I posted my resume on the company's portal and got a call for a Telephonic round after a month. The good thing is after each round we receive the status on the recruitment which keeps you informed. Then was another telephonic round by a senior management on the business knowledge. After two weeks there was a video conference held in Bangalore where they asked business questions and a few technical questions. Finally there was a round by the HR on salary discussions.
