15 mins Fit interview where the hiring manager will ask about the experience listed in your CV and some situational question to understand your personality in the work place and your achievements. The second half of the interview was a 45 Mins case study
Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
