A very slow and long interview process. The process started in Novemeber 2020 and the final offer made was in April 2021! The intial position for which the interview was taken was no longer available so they offered me equivalent position

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
