Very well structured interview process. Great support for preparation. Very relevant questions asked for the industry dynamics. The interview was also measuring soft skills. It included case study which was role relevant.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2010
Interview
Talked with a recruiter on the phone to go over experience/resume so recruiter could identify Accenture industry groups that may be interested in bringing you on board. Next call is with a senior partner who asked some behavioral questions (tell me about a time when you accomplished something difficult on a team ...) and other questions to probe why interested in Accenture. Third phone call was a case. Wish I could tell you what comes next ... Some advice for your case, however, even if you have done what you're being cased on - don't forget to answer in a structured format (objective? quantify! why doing this now? here's my approach ...) and be creative.
Hey, thank you for your great review and your kind words regarding your hiring experience. All the best, off to a great start! Your Accenture Recruiting team
