I applied through the company’s careers portal and received a response within a couple of weeks. The process consisted of 3 rounds: an initial screening, a technical interview, and a final managerial round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle tight deadlines?
Describe a challenging project and how you resolved issues
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Why Accenture?
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Interview with low level managers was a joke. At least one (female) wasn't prepared for a conversation, and had nothing to say. She dedicated all talking space to a developer who was thrown in the interview at a last minute. Female manager appeared sleepy, had uncombed hair, was disappearing from the video call and was totally unprofessional.
The HR could never be reached for a post interview follow up. After emails went silent I have drawn a conclusion that Accenture is the worst company to be considered for employment.
Shame on unprofessional individuals at the Accenture. you are the stain on company's reputation
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
questions unrelated to the advertised position. Hiring manager wasn't skilled to answer technical questions
The interview process consisted of one technical round and one HR round. During the technical round, I was asked to write code, explain logical solutions, and describe my current role and responsibilities within my organization.

describe my current role and responsibilities within my organization.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Oct 2025
Interview
1st Round was online Assessment having 30 BigQuery Questions to be solved in 40 Mins, I was able to solve 26 question due to time constraints, overall question levels were Easy-Medium Difficulty.
In 2nd Round the Interviewer couldn’t able to explain the question well and couldn’t tell what he is expecting from me, when I asked him what do you typically look in a candidate he replied “logic”, he also mentioned the doesn’t care about coding he looks for logic only, and asked about FARM_FINGERPRINT in BQ to create Surrogate Key Hash, It seems Hypocracy to tell that he doesn’t care about coding and asking a question on niche hash function. The Interview Revolved around Data Modelling Concepts and Scenarios. Like Strategy to Implement Surrogate Key, Star vs Snowflake, Fact vs Dimension and Implementing Views, Slowly Changing Dimensions II.
3rd Round revolved around my project and day to day in work and current architecture of the data platform I work on.
Asked Question around query optimization and disaster recovery on production environment and Data Lake and Lake house design in my team.
4th Round they called me to re appear for online assesment, because during first round my face was not visible properly, This time i was able to solve 30 question with 30 seconds remaining.
