First step was a tech test on devskiller which was pretty easy. Then there was a meeting with a manager and talk about experience followed by another tech test. - this time more complicated. The interview took around one hour.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in May 2020

group and individual games;
Technical interview (held on the same day) topics:
- OOP questions
- basic programming exercises (finding the last max value in a given array)
- SQL queries
