Interview
Absolutely loved the efficiency of the entire process!
The process for me began with a recommendation for the position, from a partner. Now as much as that level of recommendation immediately got me a first round interview, the consultants that interviewed me were really looking to make sure that I could "walk the walk."
Round 1: 2 Interviews (over the phone) - 45 minutes each - Case Interviews & Background
*Wait time for results - 1 week
Final Round: 2 interviews (in-person at SF office) - 45 minutes each - 1 Case & 1 Confirming
*Wait time for results - 48 hours
Case interviews were the focus (and most difficult part) of the process. If anyone needs practice with the case interview process, look up Victor Cheng and his LOMS series. Without a doubt, the only reason I did so well with my process.

Interview
The hiring interview was aggressive and at the same time conservative. Aggressive in terms of calling candidate the next day I put my resume into the system and finding interview dates based on my flexibility. Conservative because I had to go through 6 interviews to receive the offer.
Suggestion always be positive about your own skills and be confident when facing the interviews.
1. HR Screen about my Background my current salary and expected salary for the position.
2. Tech. Skill set interview for an hour over my expertise.
3. Scenario Interview for hour and a half.
4. Tech. Skill set interview again for an hour.
5. Case interview for hour and a half.
6. 1:1 interview
HR will call you if you pass all the interviews above.

Interview
1st round: ~1hr 45min of phone interview, consisting of ~30min of behavioral followed by a longer case interview
2nd round: scheduled for a week later after passing the initial interview, ~1hr 30min of phone interview, consisting of one hour of case interview to start with ending with some fit questions
Final round: on-site interview, flew to the nearest Accenture offices that has the management consulting development program for the interviews, consisted of another 1 hour case interview and a 1 hour fit interview with a senior executive.
All 3 case interviews were very different and seemed to test your versatility as a problem solver. Besides looking for good analysis, the interviewers also wanted to see if you could summarize/present your findings well in the end.
Decision came about a week later.
