Somewhat stressful. I had to do an initial screen with the recruiter, a tech interview with a team member, an interview with a team leader, a behavioral interview with HR and finally an interview with a partner. I thought that I had a good chance as I have worked for Accenture before and there were two members of the group that I would be joining who I had worked with before doing the same work at IBM. Unfortunately I did not pass the smell test. I made it through to the last interview with the partner who was extremely stoic. I do not do well with those kind of people for I need some give and take in order to communicate effectively. Throughout the process they treated me fairly and they were prompt about giving me feedback.
