The hiring process begins with a face to face technical interview and then they call you for the HR interview on call. But some times they hire you directly on bench and then you have to give more interviews with running projects which are mostly on call.

It was an phone interview specific to the requirements and communication skills. They were looking for Java professional who can perform tasks with quality within the given time frame.
