Stage #1 - Phone screening process where the HR executive calls you to enquire more details about your resume. However, the phone screening itself is detailed such as "Tell me more about yourself" (the point where u state your strengths, education, skills and not your family, pets and etc), "What are you looking for in Accenture" and etc. Make sure you are clear and confident when delivering your information (such as background experienced/knowledge) to them.
Stage #2 - There will be a behavioral test that you need to do online. Based on my experienced, try to answer the questions like you're working in a huge corporation rather than "honest as possible" because "what you think you should do/think" may not be desirable for the applied position in Accenture.
Stage #3 - Face to Face interview at the Garden MidValley North Tower. There will be 3 sessions which breaks down to case study + evaluation, teamwork assignments, and personal evaluation with one of Accenture's Manager/HR Executive.
- As for the case study, you'll need to glance through as quickly as possible, look for key points and write them down rather than reading the entire report. You have 20 minutes to identify the "technical challenges" that the company is facing. Write them down and include few key points for elaboration during the discussion stage. Dun waste time for irrelevant information. Next, there will be a 1-to-1 discussion with the HR/Manager about the case study. At this stage of time, you'll need to look back at the notes you've written earlier and elaborate them. The interviewer will challenge your idea, twist and turn so be steady and confident.
- You'll have to work in teams probably 2 teams if there are 6 candidates on that day. 2 interviewers will be watching you. My topic was about promoting recycling campaign in the nation for the next 2 months. At this stage, you'll have to work together. Question the other candidate if his/her idea seems irrelevant/not executable but with respect. I strongly suggest you to put all the ideas on the white board. USE IT!!! Else, it'll be difficult for your interview to understand your idea without mapping it on the board.
- Personal evaluation with Accenture Manager. Time for you to ask questions!!! No questions will convey an indirect message that you're not interested. Example: "What are the 3 characteristics that makes a good consultant?"
