I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2018
Interview
This was my second experience with Accenture. Last year (2017), I was applying for an internship and didn't make it. This year I applied again, but I applied for Full-Time. I was moved to the second (final) round of interviews, since I did great last year.
On the final round they give you two kinds of interviews, behavioral and case study. First one was the case, which I'm not allowed to discuss. They normally give you study material to prep for that interview (best advice: PRACTICE... really practice). My second best advice is to try enjoy yourself and be you. Last year I was scared, and intimidated, because I was trying to act all professional. This time I was relaxed and acted like I normally do and surprisingly words came out of my mouth naturally. Used basic knowledge and previous experiences to solve the case.
Five days later I received a call from them with an offer. The official offer took 8 days to arrive via email. Process took about 2 weeks.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work with a group that was dysfunctional and what did you do
pretty good, last for one hour
Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Apr 2026
Interview
One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY)
Interview
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
