What is working from home like at Oracle?

There is flexibility in working either work from home or work from office including the work life balance .

The hike policy is very bad. The work enviornment gets toxic sometimes.

Oracle has changed many processes legacy Cerner employees were used to and all admin work has been passed to project managers, making it hard to solely focus on clients. And many Cerner products have been breaking, so no clients seem to be happy now. The added work has also not resulted in an increase in pay.
