KPMG has a great benefit scheme which you can mix and match your own needs. The people are nice and you can enjoy work life balance here.

Company changed policy to in person working for 4 days a week which make those live far away could be a serious concern. Also, I feel there's an unbalance on diversity in the in past few years.
