It’s #WFHWednesday here at @workhuman! As we continue to work remotely, we asked our employees to share their home office set-ups - be it a desk, a picnic table in the backyard or a cozy chair! What’s up everyone! My name is Adam Qualitz (or AQ as they call me here), and I’m on the Sales Team at Workhuman. My #LifeatWorkhuman has been incredible since day one over 4.5 years ago, but as I’m sure it has for all of you too, work life has certainly changed for me this year. Besides now working from home, my workday includes me being a Dad to my 8-month-old – who knew “day care” would be in my wife and I’s daily work responsibilities in 2020, huh!? But I’m loving every second of it! Beyond working human, I’m an avid Boston sports fan who loves music, concerts, traveling, going out to eat, and being with my amazing family and friends. Tomorrow I’ll be taking over this account and giving you an inside look at my day – I’m pumped and hope you are too…see you tomorrow!
We want to give a huge shout out and congratulations to our incredible project team for launching our newest information system – Workday – with our humans! This global team has been working behind the scenes for months to prepare to go-live. The HRIS software helps streamline the benefits and time off process and will pair perfectly with our Workhuman Cloud which brings recognition, connection, and celebration to people in their workplaces around the world. We celebrated the launch with a company-wide Zoom celebration and also treated our in-office Fulfillment team in both our Framingham and Dublin offices. Congratulations, team!

Our virtual 5K and weekend walk/run/cycle challenge raised more than $2,000 to support COVID-19 relief efforts in Ireland and the USA! Our employees can't be stopped!
Recently, the National Maternity Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) shared the challenge their parents and new babies were experiencing due to visiting restrictions. Last week we delivered iPads to help the team, their patients and their families keep connected. Thank you to everyone working so hard to keep us safe. Thank you for everything you do.
