Workhuman – Why Work For Us?

Workhuman. The leading recognition provider

At Workhuman we think differently. For us, recognition is strategic to your brand and to achieving your company goals. Done right, recognition engages all employees and encourages them to recognize and appreciate co-workers every day. Our unique Strategic Recognition™ provides powerful tools and proven methodology to identify key talent and transform the fundamental nature of your company culture.

At Workhuman, we connect employees with corporate values and cultures. And we do it on a massive scale, globally. Our best practices and technology are at the heart of the world’s most successful worldwide recognition programs – at some of the most well respected companies on the planet, including Intuit, Symantec and Amgen.

Do you want to work with people who are the best at what they do? Do you want to come to work knowing you'll always be challenged and supported to deliver your best? We are fiercely proud of our team, and we celebrate our success together.

Meet a few.

WHO WE HIRE IS ONE OF OUR MOST IMPORTANT DECISIONS.

We care about finding the exact right person. We want the best fit for our
fast-growing, innovative, positivity-infused culture.

At Workhuman, our mission is bold

We move our industry forward by striving to become leaders in thought, innovation, and international ability. But a mission is nothing without the right core values. Our core values define who we are.

They are the four overarching values that guide us as a company and as people, creating energy and passion across our global offices.

Our number one value is Respect. We Respect each other and believe Respect for People, Quality, Teamwork, Risk Taking, Urgency, Customers and Change – is essential to creating the successful working environment and indeed, the successful company, we are today.

In addition to that, we aspire to be creative. Our aspirational values can be summed up in a simple equation:

We aspire to exhibit these values and behaviors every day.

These are the principles that guide us toward our vision. And we uphold and reinforce these values everyday by recognizing each other for behaviors and performance that adhere to these values. That is how we have created a culture of recognition at Workhuman.

We take special pride in our values as we teach our clients the importance of core values within an employee recognition program. The right values give employees a sense of purpose in their work every day.

We’re fortunate to have a team who not only know how to educate about values to our clients but also show each other how it’s done right. Our people are what make us Workhuman.

FEEL AT HOME AT WORK

Workhuman is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and Framingham, Massachusetts – just minutes away from Dublin city centre and Boston. Our modern offices are built to foster innovation, collaboration and a genuine sharing of ideas and technologies. We also have remote employees scattered from California to Belarus. Our inclusive and global company culture knows no boundaries.

Be a Part of an Award-Winning Workplace

We don't just preach about great company culture. We live it. Workhuman has been named a Best Place to Work in Europe, Ireland, and the United States, as well as a top workplace in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe.

We wouldn't be able to help clients build great workplaces without valuing appreciation and positivity in our own workplace. To that end, we offer a variety of employee benefits – competitive salary, great benefits, paid vacation time, work-life balance and the best recognition program in the world – that foster a happy, fulfilling, human work experience.

Recognition Program

We aspire to make our recognition program the best in the world. Employees show appreciation by giving their co-workers Globostars, which can be redeemed for travel, shopping, dining—you name it! That's in addition to truly unique service anniversaries that celebrate relationships through personalized stories and videos.

Workhuman Innovation

Great ideas for our product come from any area in the organization, not just R&D. Through grassroots GloboInnovation contests, many of these ideas have led to awards and enhancements, keeping our product fresh.

Workhuman Fun

When the work is said and done, it's time to let loose and have fun. From dress-up days to children's parties, we like to celebrate the friendships and positive energy that set our company apart.

Workhuman Wellness

Happy, healthy employees keep our company sustainable. That's why you'll find fresh fruit in the kitchen, healthy snacks, wellbeing talks, and fitness challenges that promote a healthier you.

Workhuman Gives

Are you passionate about giving back? You'll fit right in. Every employee gets an annual free day for community service—that's in addition to company-organized service events and donation campaigns.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workhuman (Framingham, MA (US)).

    Interview

Had two phone interviews and then an in person. Met with 5 people on my in person but it wasn't intimidating and it didn't drag on, got an offer within a few days so it was nice not having to wait around to hear from them!
