I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Workhuman (United States)
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter and had a phone screening set up. Then I was informed that the recruiter was being switched to someone else, then on the day of the phone screening, a 3rd recruiter called with no heads up. I went through a fairly standard interview with two sales managers and then was scheduled for a 3rd round panel interview. The interviewee for the last round was 20min late to our call because they were at lunch and said they forgot about the interview, then proceeded to talk about themselves extensively during the remaining time in our call. I waited 3 weeks for an answer and had to follow up with the different recruiter(s) multiple times just for an update, which more often than not was ignored. Had very little communication in any capacity once the final interview was complete and was offered no feedback as to why they chose another candidate. For a company with such a positive and caring mission, that was not evident at all throughout the hiring process. Why do you want to work for workhuman?
