InterviewThe interview process has few phases, first a quick phone call with HR, then 2 interviews focusing on different aspects, I felt one more related to soft skills and another hard skills, and the last round was a behavioral round. I found them all very useful to me to learn more about the company and the people, as well as the job and team I was to join. It also felt very much like a chat which was another pleasant experience!
