Our Black Business Resource Council in Tempe Arizona has put together a calendar of events for all of our partners to attend to celebrate Black History Month. Events include speeches, volunteer community projects, professional development opportunities, and round table discussions on how we demonstrate diversity and inclusion in the workplace!
Congrats to our 15 Northern Trust partners for successfully passing the Pilot Program and receiving an International Banking Certificate in India. This unique program included a combination of lectures and written exams designed to support the international investment funds industry. Partners now have a strong awareness of Anti-Money Laundering, Common Reporting Standards (CRS) & other major international industry initiatives. The graduation Ceremony was held in Manyata!
We partnered with Hands on Manila and planted 250 mangroves in Calatagan Batangas! Volunteers ended the day appreciating the importance of a healthy marine ecosystem by snorkeling!
Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace is key! Our Tempe Operating Center hosted the 3rd Annual Diversity & Inclusion Fair, showcasing a number of our Business Resource Councils. These resources provide networking & mentoring opportunities and business development across communities & demographic groups. A few of the BRC’s include Asian Leaderships, Latin Heritage, LGBTQA, Black Business & Women in Leadership!
