The Northern Operating Services in Pune & Bangalore held their first Returnee Launch Event. This event aimed to focus on women with 2-15 years of experience in the financial industry currently on a career break looking to return to the workforce and to increase diversity in NOS mid and senior level positions.
Our Santa Barbara office celebrated it’s 30th Anniversary and Community Rebuild by incorporating an element of giving back to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, SB County Fire Department, The Bucket Brigade, All Saints-by-the-Sea, Montecito Recovery Fund, and the Montecito Center. Each organization provided exemplary service to the community during the Thomas Fire and 1/9 Mudslide and received a $5,000 donation. Thank you for all of your efforts & celebrating with us!
What better way to work on team building skills in the workplace than dragon boat racing! Northern Trust had 2 boats in the competitive Arizona Dragon Boat Festival. The race required rhythm, discipline & focus to get to the finish line & one of our teams came in 3rd place!
