I have been working at npower full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

By no doubt the people, people will make or break your working day and the people that are in, at least my office, are absolutely top notch people. Mostly male dominated, but a fair few women dotted around. The wages, are well above and in my opinion, are overpaid ( I aren't complaining about that to be honest ) but comparing to other companies and the work loads for similar level of people, we are under-worked and overpaid where as most other companies it appears to be the opposite. Management, always trust their staff, are very flexible (especially due to COVID-19) I could honestly write entire novels about the positives at working for Npower, but there isn't enough time in the world to do that.

    Cons

Management, I personally have never held a job at another company prior to working for Npower, but it is clear that a lot of the management have not a scooby on the work that goes on, they are very decent at the HR side and will always do you a favour but their work skills and knowledge, that is something else completely.
