Nice people, besides management Unprofessional atmosphere Chill

Doesn't matter how far in advance you book something off like holiday or an appointment management will not approve until the last second causing massive stress they get offended and take every critism personally no communication between departments no project management clients go for months annoyed because their quotes don't get finished or authorised because management decide to have a song an dance and cry over every inconvience no promotions no payrises no diversity
